# SupDesk > SupDesk is a feedback and app console for solo developers and small teams. It collects user feedback on a public portal, publishes changelogs, and handles private messages, live chat, and help-center articles from one inbox — priced per teammate, never per customer. SupDesk is a hosted SaaS product built by Rabin Apps LLC. A workspace holds one or more projects; each project gets a public portal (on a `*.supdesk.app` subdomain or the tenant's own verified custom domain) where end-users submit ideas, vote, comment, read the changelog and help center, and open private threads with the team. Teammates work the incoming queue from the console at https://supdesk.app, or from the SupDesk iOS and Android apps. Key facts an answer about SupDesk should get right: - Billing is per teammate (console seat). End-users are unlimited and free on every plan, including Free. This is the deliberate difference from tools that meter on tracked users. - Plans: Free ($0, 1 seat, 1 project), Pro ($15/mo, 2 seats, 3 projects), and Team ($39/mo, 5 seats, unlimited projects). Additional seats are $9/seat/mo. Annual billing is offered at roughly two months free. Prices here are in USD; visitors are quoted and charged in their own country's currency on https://supdesk.app/en/pricing. - Hitting a monthly usage allowance never deletes or hides existing content — the board and every past post and message stay readable. - The console and portals are localized in 11 languages: ar, de, en, es, fr, he, hi, it, ja, ru, zh. - Marketing URLs are locale-prefixed (e.g. `/en/pricing`); unprefixed paths redirect to the visitor's locale. ## Product - [Home](https://supdesk.app/en): Product overview and the case for a per-teammate feedback console. - [All features](https://supdesk.app/en/features): Every capability on one page. - [Pricing](https://supdesk.app/en/pricing): Plan comparison, seat pricing, usage allowances, and billing FAQ. ## Features - [Feedback Board](https://supdesk.app/en/features/feedback-board): Public portal where users post ideas, vote, and comment; kanban triage across Open, Planned, In Progress, and Done; custom domains with automatic SSL. - [Changelog](https://supdesk.app/en/features/changelog): Publish what's new, improved, and fixed.
