Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SupDesk ("Service"), operated by Rabin Apps, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

SupDesk is a feedback, changelog, and messaging platform for solo developers and small teams. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change.

User Accounts

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• •You retain ownership of any data, content, or feedback you submit. We process it only to provide and improve the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or infringing content, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans and billing are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

SupDesk, its name, logos, trademarks, software, and content provided by us are owned by Rabin Apps, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rabin Apps, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rabin Apps, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
