About this list

These are the third parties that may receive personal data when you use SupDesk. It is the list referenced by section 7 of our Data Processing Agreement, and it is the authoritative one.

  • •We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. Anything announced but not yet in service is listed below under "Coming into effect", and the change is also announced through our changelog, which you can subscribe to.
  • •If you are a customer processing personal data under the GDPR or UK GDPR, you may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds within that period. Our DPA sets out what happens then.
  • •Questions about anything on this page can go to support@rabinapps.com.

Destinations you enable

These receive data only when a project switches on the corresponding integration or issues an API key. They act on your instruction rather than as our sub-processors, so what they do with the data is governed by your agreement with them. They are listed here for completeness, and no notice period applies because nothing is sent until you turn them on.
